Step 3 of 3: Follow the rules for your online call:
1. Show up for the call
The most basic and important thing you need to do is attend the online meeting.
2. Watch this useful introductory video
This video will give you better insights into our way of working and the methodology we use. Hence there'll be no need to go over basic details during the call and we can dive deeper, making the call more productive.

3. Find a quiet, calm space
The call will last about 1 hour and requires full concentration with no distractions. Free this time for yourself.
- This means: do not take the call on the street, in a car, at a bar/café/restaurant, or near other people, etc. If there is background noise or it becomes clear that you are distracted, the call will be canceled.
4. Resolve all technical issues in advance
We don’t want to waste the limited time of the call on technical problems. Instead, we prefer to focus entirely on helping you with your most pressing challenges. So please resolve any technical issues beforehand.

- If you’re joining from a computer, Google Meet doesn’t require installation. You’ll simply click the link we send.
- If you’re using a phone, you’ll need to install the mobile app. Choose the version for your device.
The call will be recorded. These recordings are confidential, used to improve our services, and are never shared outside the company. By booking, you confirm your consent to the recording.
5. Notify us of any changes at least 24 hours in advance
We understand that plans can change. But since we can’t read minds (yet), we ask that you inform us in advance. We appreciate people who respect our time.
