"From running campaigns and closing deals to building the systems that do both."

How I Got Here

I started in sales in 2012 — at a mobile advertising startup in Moscow. Cold calls, lead lists, CRM updates by hand. I loved the hustle, but I hated the busywork.

In 2015, I moved to Finland for a business development role at a startup. Three days after I arrived, they laid off the entire staff and closed the office. Instead of going back, I stayed and co-founded a marketing agency with a partner. That same year, we scaled to €1M a year in ad spend under management — and then I went solo. I wanted to build something leaner: fewer people, better systems.

That something was a digital education business. I made over 2,000 sales calls myself before hiring two sales managers, a marketer, and a course delivery manager. We spent over €100,000 a year on advertising and scaled the business to €300,000. I still run it today — with AI agents handling most of the day-to-day operations.

Throughout all of this, I was fascinated with technology. I automated everything I could — lead follow-ups, reporting, invoice processing, content scheduling. When AI became smart enough to handle real business tasks, I made the switch.

Today, I run TMC AI from Finland. I work with local businesses and partners to automate their marketing and sales workflows using the same systems I built for myself.

Why the Business Experience Matters

Most automation consultants come from engineering. I come from sales and marketing.

I've made 2,000+ cold calls, run ad campaigns with over €100,000 in annual spend, built content funnels, hired and managed sales and marketing teams. When I build a system, I'm not guessing what the business needs — I've lived it on both sides of the pipeline.

That's why every system I build starts with one question: does this move the needle?

My Other Passions

I live in Espoo, Finland, with my wife. When I'm not building automation systems, you can usually find me at the local bouldering gym. I've been climbing for 6 years — currently working on 7B–7C problems.
